Adult Instructional Hockey
We begin the new season on Tuesday, January 12th from 7:30-8:30 pm!
We will typically skate from 7:30-8:30 pm on the following dates*

Where
All ice slots will be on the Main ice at the Winter Club in Lake Forest.
Requirements
Full hockey gear is required in order to be on the ice. You must have: a helmet, gloves, elbow pads, shin guards, pants/breezers, shoulder pads, skates, and a stick.
