Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Travel Hockey (Sq/PW/Ban)

The Winter Club Hockey refund policy is as follows: The Winter Club has already hired top coaching talent, paid league fees and secured ice slots for our program. Please understand these are fixed costs and refunds will not be possible once the season is underway.

Mite (8U) Travel Hockey

We are excited for what is shaping up to be a more normal season, but as in the past, the Winter Club has already hired top coaching talent, paid league fees and secured ice slots for our program. Please understand these are fixed costs and refunds will not be possible once the season is underway.

Refunds will be reviewed by the Winter Club Rinks Committee on a case to case basis.
