Mini-Mite Program
Registration is open for the Winter Club Mini-Mite Program! We are thrilled to have you participate in our program.
The program runs from the middle of September through the middle of February with practice times occurring on Wednesdays from 3:50-4:45 pm and Saturdays from 8:30-9:30 am.
- Sign up if you have a 2020-2021 player who has completed the learn to skate/house league program (certain 2022 players to be considered).
- We are projecting to have two teams of eight to ten skaters
- Format: one skills/team practice and one game per week (teams will play full-ice)
- Basic positioning and rules will be taught in preparation for January and February full-ice games in the MMDP local league
- Cost: $1,650
Formed in 1902, Lake Forest Winter Club is the oldest youth hockey program in Illinois and continues to provide the most unique hockey experiences on the North Shore. We are excited to continue building for the future while honoring the tradition, community, and outdoor hockey experience that make Winter Club one of a kind.
2026-2027
Players who have completed the learn to play/house league programs and those who are a 2020-2021 birth year will be eligible for the Winter Club Mini-Mite program.
